the 'comingunstuck' story...
comingunstuck is about being as honest with yourself as you possibly can. That doesn't translate into being an open book, but more that you are willing to act on the knowing that you get, after you've had a good look at your own archives...
Honesty with others can be an excuse for bad manners. honesty with yourself can be a foundation for your personal motivation, a willingness to accept your skills and limitations, your dark side and your brilliance.
The irony of honesty with yourself is that when you truly accept the good, bad, and ugly, then you can change (to paraphrase Rogers, and Jung).
comingunstuck is about letting go of stories that may not even be yours in the first place, and getting really clear about what fires you up... it includes letting go of people who you might have believed you really needed. It's about trusting that the people who matter will show up when you need them (because you are so clear). And that if you are alone that you are still connected, whether you feel it or not. It's a kind of death and a magical sense of life simultaneously.
The comingunstuck crew loves the ocean, and concrete that is shaped like bits of ocean (AKA skate parks). We want the thrills, and also love the simple stuff (though we think a lot and have some strong views, we're not totally fixed to any creed or mantra).
Keep an eye on this space, 'cause soon there will be organic cotton and bamboo clothing, surfboards and gear that you won't find easily anywhere else...
